Rebranding Lifelong Learning for UNISON
< back to projectsWe have been involved with information and publicity for UNISON education for a long time.
Since 1993 in fact and when the ground breaking Return to Learn programme celebrated its twenty year anniversary in 2008 it was decided to refresh and refine the approach to all three courses.
We jumped at the opportunity to clarify the relationship between the courses and give them a family feel with an up to date look. Sometimes the courses have to stand alone and sometimes they are presented together, so we created a brand look with three colour palettes to differentiate the courses and new typography to unify the offer. It's a great style that can be used across all sorts of media.
And for the first time we were able to design initial publicity, further information and course materials for tutors and students in matching styles. Learning and Workforce Development Officer, Jane Shepherd when asked for feedback said, "We are very happy with the re-brand - it's eye-catching and we are getting a good response from colleagues. Our internal courses are more clearly projected and there is increased interest in them. Recruitment is up and the new look has made a contribution to that." And that made us very happy too.
